Community Types: (Listings may use multiple community tags)
[comm: musebox]	AKA dressingroom. A flash fiction style game that runs primarily on muse-initiated posts.
[comm: meme]	A meme comm. A flash fiction style community where muses engage via a themed premise, or meme, that changes routinely. (Typically updating daily, weekly or monthly.)
[comm: meta]	A RP community about RPing but not for Rping. This includes anon-comms, communities for finding and discussing games, other players, the rp landscape and culture in general.
[comm: plot]	A structured game with light to heavy narrative direction from the mods. This may be a community canon, an on-going group narrative, serial community events, and community NPCs invoked by the mods for player interaction.
[comm: events]	A loosely structured game with routine community events— connected or disparate to an overall plot or setting.
[comm: prompt]	A community that serves up writing prompts to inspire flash fiction amongst muses.
[comm: x-platform]	A community that has a sister community on other blogging platforms like IJ, LJ, Plurk, tumblr etc.

[genre: action/adv]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes action and adventure scenarios amongst muses.
[genre: amnesia]	The premise of this game involves muses as witting or unwitting participants in a phenomenon that altered their memory upon arrival in the canon setting.
[genre: anime]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes an anime canon.
[genre: battlearena]	A game designed to pit muses in battle with each other or NPCs. This may or may not invoke established combat rules.
[genre: cyberpunk]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a cyberpunk canon.
[genre: sol & drama]	The premise, setting or tone of this game is a slice-of-life, real world narrative.
[genre: exploration]	The premise, setting or tone of this game focuses on players exploring and discovering the setting.
[genre: fantasy]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a fantasy canon. This can be high fantasy, modern, or medieval.
[genre: folklore]	The premise, setting or tone of this game is derived or inspired by folklore.
[genre: gen. supernatural]	The premise, setting or tone of this game is generally supernatural in nature. All things that blur the line between occult, fantasy and sci-fi.
[genre: gods & monsters]	The premise, setting or tone of this game is derive from or inspired by mythology, dieties, pantheons, demons and devils. Historic or imagined.
[genre: horror]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a horror canon. This includes Lovecraftian, vampiristic, lycanthropic, narratives as well as modern slasher.
[genre: mystery]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a mystery canon.
[genre: period]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a historic era, or period fiction canon.
[genre: post-apoc]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a post-apocolyptic canon.
[genre: sci-fi]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a sci-fi canon. This can include popular canons such as Star Trek, Battlestar, X-Men, etc.
[genre: sex]	The premise, setting or tone of this game emphasizes intimate muse relationships, and themes of romance, sex, lust, BDSM etc.
[genre: steampunk]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a cyberpunk canon.
[genre: superhero]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a superhero canon. This may include comics or cinematic adaptations.
[genre: survival]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes survival scenarios muses must overcome.
[genre: videogame]	The premise, setting or tone of this game establishes a video game canon.
[genre: worldbuilding]	The premise and tone of this game emphasizes setting. It may invoke plots that encourage player exploration and aim to develop the overall setting as a group.

[membership: moderated]	These games have moderated membership but do not include an application process.
[membership: open]	These games have open, unmoderated membership or do not require joining the community at all.

[status: ded]	Inactive for an excess of 3 months, never updated, abandon, or announced as closed.
